RamuAI — a notebook that lives in WhatsApp
Say it or type it in a WhatsApp chat, and it is written down in your own notebook with the date. Ask later, and RamuAI finds it for you.
What RamuAI is
A lot of important small facts live only in people's heads or scattered across chats: what was ordered, what was agreed on site, when something was delivered. RamuAI gives those facts a home without asking anyone to change how they work.
RamuAI is a contact in WhatsApp. Anything you send it — a text, a voice message, a forwarded message — becomes a dated entry in a Google Doc that belongs to you. When you need something back, you ask in the same chat and get an answer based only on what was recorded, with the dates to back it up.
It was built for people who work with their hands and run their day from a phone — construction crews were the first users — but it fits anyone who needs a reliable record without sitting down at a computer.
How it works
Everything happens inside WhatsApp — from first message to finished notebook.
Send a message
Write or speak a voice message to RamuAI on WhatsApp, just like to any contact. Forwarded messages work too. There is no app to install and nothing new to learn.
It lands in your notebook
Every entry is saved into your own Google Doc with a date stamp. The document is yours to open, edit, copy or move — your notes are never locked inside the service.
Ask about your notes
Ask a question in the same chat — "when did the tiles arrive?" — and RamuAI answers from what you have recorded, with dates. If nothing was recorded, it says so instead of guessing.
Share a notebook with your crew
A crew can keep a shared notebook alongside personal ones. Start a message with the crew’s tag and the entry goes to the shared notebook; without a tag everything stays private to you.
Who is behind RamuAI
RamuAI is a product of Peccode Oy (business ID 3112718-6), offered under the Tilppa brand. RamuAI is also the name of the service's WhatsApp Business account — when you message RamuAI on WhatsApp, you are talking to a service operated by Peccode Oy.
